Millions of people use the Internet as their first resource in hunting for information. The second worst mistake you can make is not to be found. The worst mistake you can make is to fail to capture their interest when they get there. Thousands of websites provide no information, or boring information, or make themselves inaccessible by loading their sites with high tech gimmicks that don't work on the average computer.
